The next quarterly meeting of the association board of directors will take place on April 21, 2012 at 8:30 am at the United Methodist Church, 50 Chipmunk Ave, Cloudcroft NM 88317. If members have agenda items to be discussed in this meeting please submit those in writing to the secretary no later than 7 days before the meeting.
